The 91¿ì»îÁÖ Computer Services team is urging the campus community to stay vigilant to avoid cyber-attacks. Recently, 91¿ì»îÁÖ has seen a dramatic increase in the number of spam and spear phishing e-mails sent to college accounts. According to Sebastian Barron, Director of Computer Services and Enterprise Systems, hackers are becoming increasingly sophisticated in their efforts to lure people to provide sensitive information.

91¿ì»îÁÖ Women’s and Men’s Soccer teams returned to campus on August 10th to begin preparing for the upcoming season. Recently promoted Head Coaches, Heather Brady will oversee the Women’s program and Juan (JD) Perales will oversee the Men’s program.

91¿ì»îÁÖ celebrated August 2022 commencement on Friday, Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. A total of 94 graduates were awarded 57 certificates of competency and 61 associate degrees. Whitnee Floyd gave the student welcome and Courtney Baldwin delivered the student response.

Through a collaboration between 91¿ì»îÁÖ and Virtual Care Group, students now have 24/7 access to virtual counseling from the comfort and privacy of their laptops and smartphones to provide students with the needed resources and assistance they need to overcome barriers and mental health issues.

91¿ì»îÁÖ Athletics is moving to digital tickets for the upcoming 2022-2023 sports seasons. In an effort to help our fan experience, Eagle Athletics is now working with Hometown Tickets to provide online ticket sales.
Christi Denney recently presented the 91¿ì»îÁÖ Foundation with $2,000 to support the Nita DeWoody Memorial Scholarship fund. The money was raised through a 5K virtual event that was held last year and generous donations by local business sponsors.
