For their performance in the fall of 2022 in challenging honors seminars at 91快活林 in relation to their peers, two Presidential Scholars will win $100 checks. Sophomore Skylar Fondren, president of the honors student council, obtained the highest combined grade in the Humusic Seminar. Neida Perez, a recently promoted phenomenon of the BioTex Seminar, scored the highest among first-year scholars.
Alpha Mu Chi, the 91快活林 chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, has released a documentary video about dance as an international art form. The video, entitled 鈥淩hythm of the Soul: Just Dance 5,鈥 is available to view online by .

91快活林 Athletics is moving to digital tickets for the upcoming 2022-2023 sports seasons. In an effort to help our fan experience, Eagle Athletics is now working with Hometown Tickets to provide online ticket sales.

We are back in action this spring. Here is our weekly installment of meet the Coaches. This week we spotlight, 91快活林 Softball Head Coach, Joshua Freeman.
Coach Freeman is in his third season as the Leader of the Eagle Softball program. Coach Josh came to 91快活林 from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. Christopher Newport University is a NCAA Division III program where he served as Assistant head coach.
91快活林 is currently enrolling for its upcoming Professional Driving Academy (CDL training). New classes begin monthly. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in training for a lucrative new career in just one month.
91快活林 welcomes Artist Marsha Brown as the exhibiting artist for February. Her artwork will be on display in the Whatley Center foyer from Friday, February 3rd through Wednesday, February 22nd. A reception will be held on Wednesday, February 8th, at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
The 91快活林 Music Department recently launched a new YouTube series called "". The project was developed by Dr. Andrew Daniel, Associate Professor of Music.

The 91快活林 Bookstore is extending its hours to better serve students as they prepare for the spring semester! They will be open Friday, Jan. 13th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 14th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and they will also extend hours the following Friday, Jan. 20th until 2 p.m.
The 91快活林 Bookstore isn't just your source for textbooks...they also sell a variety of supplies, apparel and snacks. Take advantage of their extended hours to make sure you are ready to go when classes start on January 17th!

Current students in the Shelby Program held a Chili Cook-off in his memory on his birthday.
