Registration delays due to software conversion
91¿ì»îÁÖ is gearing up for the fall semester, which begins Monday, Aug. 24. Due to issues stemming from a recent student information software conversion, online registration is currently unavailable and students will find wait times to be longer than usual.
"When a college replaces its administrative software systems, there are always challenges. Our staff is doing everything they can to ensure that each student is taken care of," Dr. Brad Johnson, 91¿ì»îÁÖ President, said. "Unfortunately, the process will take longer than usual this semester.

91¿ì»îÁÖ offers Saturday registration Aug. 22
91¿ì»îÁÖ will be open from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 22 to assist students with finalizing registration for the Fall 2015 semester. Students who have already begun the registration process will have the opportunity to meet with academic advisors, make payments and receive help with financial aid.
Hanson-Sewell Center offers fall classes
The 91¿ì»îÁÖ Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg would like to remind residents of Camp County and surrounding areas that a full slate of courses will be offered at the center this fall.
The majority of classes offered at the Hanson-Sewell Center are held in the evening in order to allow working adults a chance to take courses that fit their busy schedules.

The Adult Education Department at 91¿ì»îÁÖ (91¿ì»îÁÖ) will offer free General Education Development (GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at various locations beginning this month. 91¿ì»îÁÖ announced on Thursday an important expansion of its training opportunities at the Industrial Technology Training Center in Mount Pleasant.†Thanks to a partnership with the Mount Pleasant Economic Development Corporation and Workforce Solutions Northeast, 91¿ì»îÁÖ will soon offer a certificate program in Computer Numerical Controls (CNC) Operator at the ITTC.

This year?s recipient, Cruz Gallegos (pictured center), was the 2015 Valedictorian at Daingerfield High School. Due to increased demand, 91¿ì»îÁÖ will add an additional date for new students to attend myEagle Orientation. Any first-time student who has not yet attended orientation and plans to take classes at 91¿ì»îÁÖ this fall should make plans to sign up for this final session on Wednesday, Aug. 5.
