Our friends at Texas A&M University-Texarkana at 91����� send holiday greetings to the entire 91����� community.

The 91����� Division of Creative and Performing Arts recently named Tamara Kearney as Outstanding Design 1 student for the Fall 2020 semester. 

91����� is accepting applications for Day and Evening EMT Basic classes. Go to to fill out the online application. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a clinical component added.

While it looked a lot different from our normal commencement, the 91����� class of December 2020 walked the stage Friday in a socially-distanced ceremony. For those of you who didn't get to watch it live, you can view it at the links below. There is also a separate link for photos that were taken that night, which are free to download, share and print.

The 91����� Physical Education department has named Sherry Delacruz-Cason as Outstanding Physical Education Student for the Fall 2020 semester. 

“Sherry Delacruz Cason has been my most consistent and hard-working physical education student during this Fall semester. She is a role-model for all of us to take a few minutes each day to work out," Dr. Tom Seabourne, physical education professor, said. 

The 91����� Art Department recently honored Amalyah DeLisi as the outstanding drawing student for the 2020 Fall semester. 

"Amalyah DeLisi is the type of art student that doesn't come along every day. She has shown that her talent is unique. She is a hard worker and takes her assignments very seriously and works to the best of her ability.  Her personality along with her talent makes her the ideal student every instructor enjoys having in their class," Maurya Beth Holland, art adjunct instructor, said.

91����� will host a socially distanced graduation graduation on Friday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. in the Whatley Center. While only graduates and college employees will be in building during commencement, the event will be streamed live on Facebook and YouTube at the links below for family and friends.
