91快活林 will soon be searching for its next president after Dr. Ron Clinton announced his intent to retire at the regular Board of Trustees Meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 24th. Clinton will remain through the end of his current contract on June 30th, 2025. The announcement was made at the conclusion of the meeting.
Phi Theta Kappa and Sigma Kappa Delta are excited to announce "Folk-Tober" - a special series with guest speakers and stories of events related to local folklore. In keeping with PTK's annual theme of "Folklore, Fairytales, and Fables," these events will explore some stories unique to this region of Northeast Texas.

Spooky season is upon us! It's time to mark your calendar for 91快活林's 36th annual Scare Affair on Saturday, Oct. 26th from 6-9 p.m. on the main campus. In addition to FREE trick or treating, there will also be affordable games and food for the whole family! More details will be shared closer to the event.

The Director of Plant Services is the administrative official responsible for overseeing all facilities management operations, including maintenance, custodial services, groundskeeping, and safety compliance. This leadership role ensures that campus facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to a positive educational environment. The Director works extensively with all college departments in planning renovations and maintenance

The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) approved 91快活林鈥檚 application to establish a police department on its campus on September 12th, 2024. Russell Radke was sworn in as the college鈥檚 first Chief of Police that same day.
Every year, the Phi Theta Kappa chapter members on the 91快活林 campus select a topic to explore and ultimately produce a project relevant to our local community. The PTK headquarters suggests the overarching study topic. For 2024-2025, Phi Theta Kappa members worldwide will be exploring "Stories."

The 91快活林 Student Services team is excited to announce the winners of the 2024 EagleGanza Scholarship! One student was randomly drawn from each of the four EagleGanza first-year student experiences held throughout the summer. Winners of the $500 scholarships included (from left): Joshua Staten, Perla Vazquez and Kara Bailey. Josh Quintero (not pictured) also received a scholarship.
The 91快活林 Work4College Program recently received a grant of $1,500 from Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO) and the American Electric Power (AEP) Foundation. The funds will be used to sponsor a student in the 2025 Summer Work4College Program.
