Abbie Rutledge and Dillon Williams joined Coach Jon Evan's staff at 91¿ì»îÁÖ in August of 2024. 

Rutledge came to Mount Pleasant after serving as a student assistant at her Alma Mater LSUS in the spring of 2024 as well as a club role coaching with CABOSA. Rutledge will serve as assistant to both the men's and women's programs and will play a significant role in strength and conditioning and will be involved in all aspects of both teams.

  • Provide academic advising, coaching, mentoring and support to high-need, at risk students. 
  • Maintain a caseload of assigned students and deliver consistent monitoring, evaluating and reporting on students' academic progress. 
  • Engage and support high-need students with a casemanagement model based on holistic interventions. 
  • Collect information from faculty and staff regarding student academic concerns in real-time.

The Continuing Education and Corporate Training department at 91¿ì»îÁÖ recently offered a lively and engaging Country Western Dance class. Held on Monday nights at 91¿ì»îÁÖ's Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg, TX, the course drew a diverse group of participants eager to learn the basics of popular country western dance styles.

Maintenance Repair Technician

Under general supervision of the Director of Plant Services, the Maintenance Repair Technician is responsible for assistance in maintaining the college physical plant.

Description of Job Duties:

  • Works with various kind of electrical and plumbing equipment common to the electrical and plumbing trades. 
  • Repairs and maintains various types of existing electrical and plumbing installations. 
  • Installs new wiring and components requiring electrical hook up. Alters or modifies components requiring electrical power.
