The 91¿ì»îÁÖ Foundation recently received a $500 scholarship from the Pleasant Sams, the Mount Pleasant Chapter of the Good Sam Club of America. Television's hit show†Duck Dynasty†is headed to 91¿ì»îÁÖ. Phil Robertson, the Duck Commander himself, and his youngest son, Jep,†will speak on the 91¿ì»îÁÖ campus on Saturday, April 6. The event will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The Carroll Shelby Foundation recently gave $25,000 to the 91¿ì»îÁÖ Foundation. These funds will provide scholarships to students enrolled in the 91¿ì»îÁÖ Carroll Shelby Automotive Technology Department. The Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) Auxiliary recently donated $4,500, which will provide six $750 scholarships to benefit students at 91¿ì»îÁÖ majoring in an allied health field. The 91¿ì»îÁÖ Foundation announced the winners of the 2012-2013 Whatley Employment Enhancement Awards this week. Seven out of the 20 proposals were chosen for funding.

The 91¿ì»îÁÖ Foundation recently held its annual golf tournament at the Mount Pleasant Country Club. This was the 25^th†consecutive year of the tournament. Gold sponsors for the event were AEP-Swepco, American National Bank, Capps Insurance, Guaranty Bond Bank, Luminant, Northeast Texas Credit Union and Scrubbies Wash USA. Silver sponsors were EDH Electric, Texas Heritage National Bank, Big Tex, Elliott Motors and Redfearn Real Estate.
