91快活林 artists win big at Titus County Fair contest

Congratulations to our 91快活林 Art students/faculty who scored numerous awards in the recent Titus County Fair Photograph and Fine Arts Shows.   We are so proud of them. 

In the Photography show, Freshman Charis Roseberry earned several awards with her photographs as follows:

  • Honorable Mention - sports/action 

  • Second Place - black and white architecture/cityscape 
  • First Place - black and white portrait/people 
  • First Place and Best of Class - black and white sports/action 

In the Fine Arts show, Sophomore Jasmine Moon earned awards with her original drawings as follows:

  • Second Place for her portrait, Me.
  • Best in Class and First Place for her drawing, "Noble"
  • Sweepstakes, Best of show, Best in Class, and First Place for Still Life, "Still Life"
  • Sweepstakes, Best of show, Best in Class, and First Place for her figurative drawing, "In My Thoughts"

In the Fine Arts Professional show, Associate Professor Mileah Hall received Best in Class and First Place in Oil Painting Animals for her painting in oil, He Will Carry the King.
