Ricky Ortiz (right)†recently won an HP laptop in a drawing sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa. The contest†was open to all students who voted early in the Nov. 4 election. Ortiz was presented the laptop on Nov. 4 at the 91 Election Watch Party, held in the Whatley Center foyer. He is pictured with Dr. Melissa Weinbrenner, Phi Theta Kappa Advisor, and member Christopher Hamilton.†The drawing was one of several†projects PTK hosted this semester to encourage students to vote.†
