91快活林 Ag students design flower beds at Hanson-Sewell Center

91快活林 Sustainable Agriculture students recently participated in a hands-on project at the 91快活林 Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg.鈥犫燯nder the guidance of Assistant Professor, Chris Oefinger, the students were assigned the task of redesigning the flower bed at the center. A landscaping plan was selected from those submitted by students. The next task included, cleaning the bed, preparing the soil, planting, and replacing the weed guard and mulch. Big Tex Trailers donated bags of mulch for the project.鈥犫燬hown taking a break from the task are: Front row (from left)鈥燙hris Oefinger, Aimee Hill, and Aaron Hill.
