91¿ì»îÁÖ recently celebrated the achievements of 23 graduates from its Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) program. Over the course of the six-week certification, students gained essential hands-on experience and classroom instruction, equipping them with the skills to provide high-quality patient care in healthcare settings. Emily Mikel, the program's instructor, guided the students through rigorous training, ensuring they are well-prepared for the workforce.

Congratulations to our 91¿ì»îÁÖ Art students/faculty who scored numerous awards in the recent Titus County Fair Photograph and Fine Arts Shows. We are so proud of them.

91¿ì»îÁÖ welcomes Artist Chris Brown as the exhibiting artist for October. His artwork will be on display from Friday, October 4th through Wednesday, October 23rd. A public reception will be held on Wednesday, October 9th, at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
The Culinary Arts program at 91¿ì»îÁÖ will host a Ristorante Lunch Buffet with the theme "Strangers in the night" on Thursday, Oct. 10th from noon to 2 p.m. (come and go). Tickets are $25 per person and the event will be held at the 91¿ì»îÁÖ Culinary Arts School at 114 Jefferson Street in downtown Pittsburg.

The 91¿ì»îÁÖ Rodeo team will be hosting the third NIRA Southern Region Rodeo of the season on Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th. Friday night there will be a calf dressing and costume contest. There is no cost to enter and each three-person team will compete for gift cards and a 91¿ì»îÁÖ Rodeo Apparel for the Calf Dressing and Costume Contest.
We would like to fill out the teams, with a max of 15 teams, with members of different 91¿ì»îÁÖ Organizations/Sports Teams, Students, Faculty and Staff Groups.

This specialized, on-site training equipped city employees with the skills needed to safely and effectively operate heavy machinery, enhancing their ability to maintain public infrastructure.
The Continuing Education and Corporate Training department at 91¿ì»îÁÖ (91¿ì»îÁÖ) recently conducted successful CPR training sessions for local industry partners, including Newly Weds Foods and Scot Industries. Delivered on-site, the training has been well-received, with both companies praising the college’s efforts to prioritize safety and ensure their employees are prepared for emergency situations.
